Grand Prize in the Funds for Gretel Raffle

When you buy a ticket or tickets in the Funds for Gretel raffle, you will be entered into the general draw to win one of the prizes above.
In addition to these prizes, anyone spending £10 or over on tickets will be entered into a special draw to win the grand prize of a week's holiday in a holiday cottage in Dunwich, Suffolk. This has been kindly donated by Amanda Banham, her mother and her family.

The cottage is not normally let out and is a lovely family holiday home so we are very grateful to Amanda and her Mother for this very generous prize.

Amanda has made a  poster to advertise this prize and describes below what is on offer from Dunwich and the beautiful surrounding countryside and towns beyond.

Aldeburgh - beautiful galleries and the best fish and chip shop in the world.

Dunwich woods. Endless tracks to walk along and great fun for children to play. Also relocated Dartmoor ponies run wild here - a beautiful sight to see….

Dunwich cliffs walk - a good half an hour walk begins and ends at The Ship Inn, only a stroll from Pilgrim Cottage beautiful views followed by a pint of Adnams and perhaps a delicious meal.

Aldeburgh fish shops on the beach - buy fresh or smoked sea food to take home and cook.

Beautiful views of Suffolk countryside everywhere.

Take a boat out on Thorpe Ness mere and glimpse The House in the Clouds. ( Jarvis Cocker has also been glimpsed here….)
